This MQF/EQF Level 5 Undergraduate Diploma in Health & Social Care prepares learners for careers in hospitals, nursing homes and community care. The 12‑month programme combines theory with hands‑on practice. Modules cover essential care skills, managing daily living, common health conditions in the elderly, communication and soft skills, inclusive practices, health and safety, community care, resource management, promoting patient independence and end‑of‑life care. Students learn to deliver compassionate care while developing leadership potential.
